Goalkeeping offers team and individual instruction!
Tracy Noonan can be hired as a consultant for teams to help reach new levels in their game. Drawing from her experiences as a UNC player, US Women's National Team player, a WUSA professional, and as a collegiate head coach, she will work with the team's head coach to incorporate training philosophies, fitness standards, and team tactics to develop the individual players as well as the team. Camps or clinics can be designed to fit the individual requirements of the team and/or club through::
- Team, small group, or goalkeeper sessions
- Match analysis
- Video analysis
- Motivational speeches
Individual instruction includes both goalkeepers and field players. Private and small group training sessions can be arranged to assist players in attaining a greater depth of knowledge about the game. Private sessions are ideal for fine tuning technical aspects of the game, building confidence, and addressing a player's specific weaknesses. While the small group setting is similar, it creates more competition and game-like scenarios, so more tactical issues can be coached. Most of Tracy's current students combine private and group sessions to get the best of both worlds.
Private overnight and weekend ‘mini-camps’ can also be arranged for students to fit their schedules and needs. This unique opportunity allows for a complete immersion into goalkeeping and the Dynasty Goalkeeping philosophy. These mini-camps provide training specific to the student’s needs, personalized goal setting, nutritional guidance, mentorship, and more in depth video analysis than can be provided in the summer camp environment. This is an excellent option to consider for students who are too young to attend the summer camp (under the age of 14) or who are too busy with club, ODP, and personal commitments during the summer. Please contact Tracy for more details on arranging a private mini-camp.
All training will be customized to help players maximize their potential and advance towards their goals. This will include:
- Physical, technical, mental, and tactical aspects of the game
- College guidance
- Strength and conditioning work
- Nutritional advice
Tracy will share her experiences and lessons to guide young players in their quest to play collegiate soccer and beyond. Sessions will be challenging, fun, exhausting, and invigorating all at the same time!
Please contact Dynasty Goalkeeping so Tracy can design a session for you.
